Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Audithunt platform ("Service"), operated by Audithunt ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Audithunt provides AI-powered smart contract security analysis across multiple blockchain networks. The Service includes automated vulnerability detection, AI-assisted analysis, report generation, and related features available through our web interface and API.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You may register using an email address, cryptocurrency wallet, or third-party authentication provider (e.g., GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or API keys with unauthorized parties.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
- Analyze smart contracts you own or have authorization to audit
- Generate security reports for legitimate security research
- Access educational content about smart contract vulnerabilities
- Use the API within your allocated rate limits and plan
5. Prohibited Use
You must NOT use the Service to:
- Identify vulnerabilities for the purpose of exploiting them maliciously
- Upload contracts you do not own or lack authorization to analyze
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our detection algorithms
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Upload malicious code designed to attack our infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute audit reports as a competing service
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to smart contracts and code you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the code solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our content: The Service, including its detection algorithms, AI models, reports, user interface, and documentation, is our proprietary property protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- Our analysis will identify all vulnerabilities in your smart contracts
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- Audit reports are free from errors or omissions
- Smart contracts passing our audit are safe from all attack vectors
Smart contract security is an evolving field. New vulnerability classes emerge regularly. Our audit is one layer of a comprehensive security strategy, not a guarantee of safety.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDITHUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, FUNDS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, RELIANCE ON AUDIT RESULTS, OR ANY SECURITY INCIDENT AFFECTING CONTRACTS ANALYZED BY THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We accept cryptocurrency payments. Audit credits are consumed per analysis and do not carry over between billing periods unless specified in your plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
10. Data Handling
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded smart contracts are processed for analysis and may be stored temporarily for report generation. We do not sell or share your code with third parties.
11. Compliance and Regulatory
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions compliance, and data protection regulations. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency-related services are prohibited.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and disputes).
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
